mail boxes

Is there a way to create individual mail boxes as part of the “in box” as there was in the old solve360?

I really like the new email, but such an ability would be nice.

Thanks

You can setup something substantially similar with the new system which works arguably better that the old Solve360.

The recommended approach to consolidate mailboxes is to Forward messages from your other email providers instead of using the “POP” feature previously provided.  This forces immediate delivery of email to your account (no extra step, no waiting, no batch processing) and reduces the possibility of the other provider triggering interruptions e.g. quota exceeded, problem with their POP service etc (man-in-the-middle causing problems which are difficult for clients to troubleshoot).

Under Settings, Sending tab, Email Identities you can setup a profile for each of your email accounts to send messages using different email addresses (email identities).

I added on the webmail, but cannot get mail settings to load up. I have a Solve360 mail account and Gmail, but cannot get either to load.

Thanks for the info, but my question was really something a bit different. In the “old” solve360 I had sub mail boxes under the inbox. So I could batch all emails from Bob in Bob’s file or mailbox, and all those about Belize travel in a folder called “belize Travel”, and so forth. I don’t see any way to do that in the “new” solve360. Can such sub boxes or files or folders be created? And if so how?

Thanks

Got it Bruce.  Right-click in the folders area and choose “Create Folder” to create a new sub-folder.
