Project blogs are filtered by tags and staff filter sets of tasks, events etc on the “Activity Dashboard, Show next actions for” screen.

Yes, but if, for example, I want to see, in de project-blog, all the phone calls together, or all the upload files or all the containers for photos, what shall I do?...if its impossible to filter it the list maybe it will be too long…I like everything very much but I have to understand everything!

In the top right corner of the activities area there are links to sort activities by “Placed order”, Date, or Type.  The Type option would group all the phone calls, files, etc together for you.
