iPhone Interface

Jul 24, 2009 02:47am Chip Sentinel 32 posts	Just got an iPhone for the first time, and tried out the Solve webapp. It seems like there is only search capability in a couple of the categories, and no browsing. Is this correct? I understand that it is a “real time” connection rather than a sync of some kind… When searching for project blogs (all of mine are named for the project number that begins with the same prefix), only 3 came up out of 12 or so. I was hoping for a little more functionality on the webapp. For example, blog task lists and notes, contact notes, etc.

Jul 24, 2009 09:58am Engineering SpecialOps Administrator 4121 posts	Currently the iPhone interface supports calendar, next actions and searching / managing fields for contacts, companies and blogs e.g. search for a contact, click on email address, phone number, address, edit custom fields etc. We are working on adding support for managing activities related to these items.

Do they show if you keep typing the name? i.e. try typing more than the first few characters and see if they show up. If not, send our support team an email and they’ll be happy to review it.

Currently yes this is correct. The iPhone interface currently provides access to calendar, next actions and access to fields for contacts, companies and project blogs. Activities are in the works.

May 14, 2010 10:13am Engineering SpecialOps Administrator 4121 posts	The update to the mobile interface was released today ... you can now manage activities and review linked-emails from anywhere.
