Did you know Solve360 provides a special web address, called an iCal feed, that Google Calendar, Outlook, Mac’s iCal program and iPhone can use to read data directly from your Solve360 account?
Today we gave those feeds a bit more love…
The web address for the iCal feeds are now unique to each filter option which means you can setup customized calendar views using a combination of users, colors, etc. in a way you find most useful. Using individual feeds also makes it easier to understand what items will be sent to your external calendar program.
We’ve also refined how tasks and events having the “Keep the event as a next action until someone completes it” option enabled. To summarize, this is what you will now get from the feeds:
FOR BOTH THE CALENDAR AND NEXT ACTIONS FEEDS
- All Events shown as “Calendar Items”
- All uncompleted Tasks shown as “To Do Items”
- All uncompleted Tasks having a due-date will also be shown as “Calendar Items”
SPECIFIC FOR THE CALENDAR ICAL FEED
- Shows Events and uncompleted Tasks with due-dates scheduled from one year ago and greater
SPECIFIC FOR THE NEXT ACTIONS ICAL FEED
- Shows all “Calendar Items” scheduled for today or later
- Shows all Events with the option “Keep the event as a next action until someone completes it” that are uncompleted as a “Calendar Item” and a “To Do Item”
