“tasks” and “notes”

I notice that when adding tasks or notes to a project, they are added in the order of the most recent first. There does not seem to be any way of indexing or otherwise locating them, except by scrolling through them, which might be rather laborious if there were very many.

A user could manually move each new task or note to a place in line that worked for that user, but that too is rather laborious.

Any thoughts on that?

Sorry to be such a trial.

Yes, you can drag and drop them into the position that you need (this is the “User order”.  Click on the move icon when hovering over the item.  There are also sort options on the right side of the screen - you could sort by Date or Type.  If you have more suggestions on how this could work just let us know.

Today I tried to add a task to a list in a particular project, but even though I tried 3 times, it would never take. There was a tiny red message in the lower left of my screen that said that the attempt had failed due to a “communication error”

So, what do you make of that?

I solved the problem in my recent post by closing out Solve360 and re-launching it. So, although the problem is easily solved, it probably shouldn’t happen.

Your login “session” was likely timed out.  We are working on a method to catch / handle this in a friendly way.  Pressing <f5> or relogging in would get the session going again.
