Hi, I am an architect from Barcelona.

I’ve found SOLVE360 after looking for a CRM & Projectmanagement program that could really feed to our way of working. I really like the first look of this program.

Our studio is arroud 10 people maximum. We manage projects of architecture for public buildings for the administration of the governament in Spain. We need to keep a good control of all the relations with clients and all the history of the projects. I think solve is good for that. We have tested some programs like worketc but it seems to me that Solve360 is more advanced although it maybe doesn’t have so many features… We are thinkig now to change to Solve360 but I really need to solve some questions before:

1- I have now a mobileme account. Can Solve360 replace my personal mobileme account? In mobile I have mail, contacts, calendar, gallery of pictures, and idisk (storage).

2- I use PC and have an iphone. I didn’t found any app for the iphone to be able to work in solve360 without internet connection. Do you have or will have i the earlly future an app for the iphone.

3- It’s possible to send and recibe mails from the program in the same way like gmail or mobileme do it?

4- we can manage the program in English without being a big problem. But it really would be much more frendlly for us in our own language. Are you thinking about translating the program to other languages? in case of afirmation, when do you think you will do it. I think this program would have really a big impact in my location.

I have (sure) more questions, but this are the most important at the moment.

It’s nice to “meet” you Xavier.  Thanks for the kind words, taking the time to say hello and evaluating our service.

1. If you are using MobileMe for business then perhaps Solve can replace most of the MobileMe features.  Our focus however is a bit different, we look more at the customer and interactions around that more than managing / syncing personal data.  Many aspects of MobileMe are related to consumer / personal productivity needs, Solve is all about business and business processes.

2. Our current iPhone web app does require an internet connection.  However, if you want to copy your contacts and calendar we provide the data to do so e.g. vCard export and subscribe to the iCal feed.  We may be looking into releasing a native iPhone app in the future.

3. Solve does have a lot of email functionality including a full-featured Webmail client.  It is activated under Workspace > Add-ons.  This Webmail client works with our own email service and Gmail.  Of course the primary benefit of ours is how well it integrates into the rest of our system (contacts, shared email messages, etc).  If you have specific questions about this area please reach out to our support team and they can provide direction on how to do what you need.

4. Any easy step for you to do is to relabel all of the fields on the contact forms etc to your own language (Workspace > Customize Form Fields).  We do plan to localize the interface into different languages but we don’t have a timeframe to announce this yet.
