I created a couple of projects and assigned tasks to myself, but when I open the activity feature, I don’t find any upcoming activity assigned to me. I do, however, find a record of past activities with respect to those projects.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks

Hi Bruce, Please confirm you have created “tasks”.  We show tasklists but no tasks currently.

noting a possible bug—
activity tab next actions - looks great
dates and times show as entered

on exporting to a .csv file, the calendar dated items, the dates are correct BUT the times show up in the .csv file incorrectly.
Four hours is added to the actual time in the record.

Makes it a little difficult on staff ???????

Sounds like the export file is using GMT time zone instead of the local user’s timezone.  I’ll have a look…

The export now reflects the user’s timezone correctly.  Can you relogin and verify this?

Have been inputting calendar activities for blogs.
When the entry/edit window opens the bottom portion is not visible.
Can not check “leave till completed” box and to add a colored marker box.

it seemed to be working fine yesterday even this morning i think.

Seems to be working okay here, can you send a screenshot to support@ and we’ll have a look for you?

sorry to bring this up again:
when entering a calendar item
a box opens with the entry/edit fields.
the bottom items are pushed low off the screen and a slide bar appears to the right.

I do believe i remember there iss more below the “send e-mail reminder drop down. Things like:

the send notice now check box
the leave showing until completed check box
and color marker selection.

Can not get to these, clicking our of the opened entry box to the up down slide bar closes the edit box.

The components are very helpful.
Having 7 attendees seems to have done the pushing things lower

What am I missing ??

Can you resize the window to reveal the additional options?  We just updated this form so perhaps the scroll is not automatic.  I’ll check for you.

Whatever you checked,  on the lower three components now show.

As for resizing window i do not seem able to resize the edit box.
THe parent windows are opened full screen.

We haven’t changed anything since I last posted.  You should be able to resize the window containing the form by grabbing the bottom right corner.  I’m still checking into the auto scroll.

aren’t computers and programming just magic ???

The blue editing box shows no locations on it’s perimeter to resize

I figured it out -
operator entry sequence -

When showing the form and editing a calendar event , bottom of edit window is off screen.
When hide form is clicked all shows.

Ok next ..........

We’ll be sending an update out in the next day or so that will provide scrolls in this window.  Recall the form previously was in the calendar, now it’s in its own window and benefited from some extra love.

Items in a blog or contact are not sorted by the date in which they occur (most activities don’t have a relevant date to use).  Sort options are user, type, date (when created).  You can drag them to the position you need and they will stay there.
