Solve360

I suddenly realized that it is late on Friday afternoon, and I haven’t been bothering you guys for a while. Obviously, I am not up to my duties.

Do I perceive that solve360 (old) may go the way of the dinosaurs? I get the impression that once all the features of Solve360 (new) are in place and perhaps some new ones added, that users will, in some way or the other, be “encouraged” to drop solve360 (old) for solve360 (new).

I am not complaining, you understand, because I REALLY like the new version of Solve360 and can imagine how a few small improvements might make it even better, but then, I ask no one in particular, what will be the role for solve360 (old)? Perhaps only to go to that great software archive in the sky, I respond.

Anyone care to confirm or deny (as we say in the politics biz)?

Thanks

Bruce   (As you can see, I have too much time on my hands)

Confirmed.  As Solve360 (new)  provides new solutions to the features in Solve360 (old) clients will upgrade to the new service.  Some clients will want to move earlier than others.  When the time is right for each client our team will assist them with safe migration of their data.

Steve -

Unless someone is using your name, you would be the president of the company, and you are working on Saturday. I am the senior partner of this firm, and I am working on Saturday as well. What is wrong with this picture?

Thanks for the info. Solve360 is a GREAT product/service!!

Thanks for the kind words Bruce.  The entire team is putting a full day in today - trying to keep up with the expectations of our great, but very demanding clients ;)  Actually we are all very excited about Solve360 and working hard to put that bit of ‘icing on top’ which makes the world of difference to many.
