Access Rights - multiple levels needed

Are you planning to add more levels of access for users?  As administrator, I would like to control who can delete records; who can delete or create a category; etc.

We currently limit access to many features that are not used on a daily basis or should have team oversight e.g. only the administrator can change forms, create categories, export ALL data, etc.  You can change who the administrator is with one click.  We don’t plan to allow administrators to delegate specific access to these types of changes.

We do have more levels of access available for features related to day-to-day business e.g. limiting a user only to view contacts, but providing access to modify events, tasks etc.  We have “feature” turned off (hidden) until the current features have been refined and fully tested (keeping the first test scenarios as simple as possible).

Am I flunking an IQ test here?  Where do I find what those administrative rights are?  Or is that a “coming attraction”?

We don’t provide a detailed list, however it is mentioned in the sign-up email message: “This first user account has special access to create all the other accounts you need, providing each person on your team with their own username and password (when applicable). It is the only account allowed to administer user accounts, setup permissions, make changes to forms and add categories.”  The only other feature I think we’ve added so far for the administrator is “Export all data”.

Create a test user and login and you will see the differences right away (less options).
