This problem seems much more frequent in the Contacts function

Yes, I will try to capture that. I have just tried it again and it seems OK now, but very very slow.

I opened a particular contact that had a couple of emails on the page. I went to my email (solve360 old) and forwarded another one to see if it was working properly. I then went back to the contact page and refreshed it so that the new email would appear. Not only did the new email not appear, the old ones disappeared, AND the little icon in the linked email bar shows that it is still attempting to load after 11 minutes.

Then suddenly Solve360 switched me to my email (yahoo) view and I can’t get back to my contacts. I think that there is something wrong here.

Wait!! Don’t panic. I just used my dsl carrier’s diagnostic tool and found that there is a problem with the connection just now. I may have fixed (or, rather given my lack of expertise, it has fixed itself)and it seems to be working better.

More later as matters clarify.

It is working better, but still very slow. Might still be the dsl connection, or something else - not sure.

But the missing emails did reappear. But then - I tried to delete one of the emails and it deleted all of them and the “linked email” portion of the page as well. I hope that isn’t the way it works. We ought to be able to delete one email at a time.

“Linked emails” is simply a view into your drop-box, you can delete it / add it back as you want and it does not effect any messages.  You currently cannot delete messages into the drop-box, stay tuned for that.

Clarification, please.  Will the “full version” allow the deletion of linked emails?
