New features:

Access your contacts from nearly everywhere – Gmail, Mac, iPhone, Windows Mobile, Blackberry – with Solve360’s new automatic Google Contact Sync feature.

Google’s own sync feature forms a two-way connection between your Google account and supported devices (listed here on Google’s Sync services), so you only have to input contact information once. When you add or update information on your mobile devices, Solve360 updates too through Google (and vice-versa).

A few small features can make a huge difference in being able to effectively communicate through the organization of activities on your pages so we’ve added:

  1. The drag-and-drop feature now works to move files to individual tasks
  2.
  3. Comments may be added to specific tasks
  4.
  5. Tasks are now mobile and can from tasklist to tasklist on the same page using drag-and-drop
  6.
  7. Double-clicking on any activity now automatically enables editing capabilities

Retrieve contact, company and project blogs directly from a permanent URL. All event and task notices and reminders as well as RSS feeds now mention a unique web address. Simply click through to all the related data you need, organized on one handy page. This is especially useful when linking to another system such as a support team or accounting platform to pull up a client’s information, for example.

Group Recipient emails now hold up to 500KB of attachments to accommodate more images, pdfs, and important documents.

Solve360’s Webmail now integrates with Rackspace (much like it already does with Gmail). Rackspace is one of the largest – and in our opinion, one of the best valued – email providers anywhere. We think we have every customer case covered now among our own Business Email Service, Gmail, and now Rackspace’s capabilities.

Some slight improvements:

Webmail messages in search results now reveal the folder they are currently in.

The Webmail client now supports Gmail folders with subdivisions – you know, the special slanted line character (“/”).

To ensure you’re running the latest version of Solve360 simply logout and restart your browser.

Drag n Drop, comments, mobile tasks and dbl clicking are way nice!
The perm URL is access without the security of inviting someone to a published page right?

Yes, permalinks use the standard authentication method e.g. if you are not logged in you will see a login page, if you are already logged in you will see the contact/blog/company page.  Permalinks are for use by regular Solve360 users and are not related to published project blogs.
