Setting Up Webmail

Hi,

I just installed the webmail add-on. My email is hosted by ehosting.ca (not Google or Rackspace).  When I try to send mail, I get a message that says “Unable to connect to the mail server using the current account settings.“

Does this mean I will not be able to use your webmail feature unless my email is hosted by you or Rackspace? If so, what is involved in setting this up?

hey AdrianD,
you can also route your email through google using Google Apps, which is fairly quick to do.
let me know if you need a hand with that,
cheers

Correct, our system is hard-wired and fully integrated specifically with those services.  You’ll need to activate an account with either provider then enter your login information under Webmail > Settings.

Adrian, yes, can you please send me the information on doing this through Google Apps?

Thanks.

Hi Adrian,

I’m not sure why you couldn’t email me. I’ll drop you a line. Thanks!
