A real time saver in Outlook is the ability to drag an email to another object type and a new object of that type is created. For instance, I get an email from my boss with instructions on how to do a task. I drag the email to the task button and a filled out task pops up. Same for Appt. I’d like to drag from the list of emails at the bottom of a contact blog and create a task or appt with it. And/or be able to click and flag one for followup.
