Import Contacts

Jul 15, 2008 05:49am salesman1 Sentinel 34 posts	In a previous forum response, I was told people were using Solve360 daily. How? I cannot import any contacts into it. The “import data” dropdown menu is grayed out. I currently use the old version of Solve360 and I can export a csv file to my desktop….but then what? Also, need the ability to create Home/Alternate address field, the ability to create a new company then add a new contact with the company info auto populating the contact fields, auto-complete with data input, ability to change from Companies, Projects and/or Blogs. I know I am anxious but I have been patiently waiting for answers to my questions…

Jul 15, 2008 09:03am Engineering SpecialOps Administrator 4121 posts	Answers to your earlier questions were provided on your original post http://norada.com/forums/viewthread/67 These users are testing Solve360 with their current projects i.e. they are entering a bit of master contact data manually. They too are waiting for the import feature so they can bulk load the rest of their contacts. After all the functionality is complete we will be offering a special “migration of data” for Solve360 (old) users, this will maintain relationships between data etc. However, by the sound of if you many not want to wait until this is ready.
