The more I use Solve, the more I realize my personal need for a more robust email review and search function. Solve already has hover detail view functionality for linked items such as Contacts. I want to hover the mouse over an email entry in a contact record and view the details / contents of the email and associated threads. Then, I can simply click a REPLY, REPLY ALL, FORWARD, FORWARD ALL link to respond to the email.

As an option, provide an EXPAND ENTRY / EXPAND ALL icon(s) - that when selected - shows more of the message within the activities window (instead of opening an overlay).

For me now, it is more productive to keep all my email archived and labeled in Gmail rather then ship selected contact messages to Solve. Having more powerful and productive email functionality would be great.
