How About Activity Tags?

Over the past year, I have become quite the student of SaaS CRM applications. I am happy with Solve but find that all CRM products have one major limitation in common - the lack of a robust task management system. Many entrepreneurs are forced to use both a CRM app and a dedicated Project Management app.  I know there is a very bright future for Solve and I hope this glowing horizon includes beefing up the task system. For example, I would love to associate tasks, events, and other activities with tags - independent of project blogs, companies, and contacts.

For example, I started recording pay date tasks for company related bills in Solve. I would like to tag these tasks as ‘bills to pay’. I would like to view just my ‘bills to pay’ tasks in the activity window.

I would like to tag phone call logs by tag category.

I would like to tag events by tag category.

Thanks for any input on my recommendations.
