Backlogging opportunities

be great to be able to add old won/lost opportunities to create a clearer picture of how business is doing.

for example, art gallery adopts solve360 and wants to log all clients and what they’ve bought (and thus what they might buy in the future) - at the moment, you can only log opportunities that are upcoming.

be great to just be able to log the date in hindsight for new adopters (and old one’s who forgot a few things come tax season!)

Thanks for the tip, I presume simply allowing a user to backdate the Expected closing value would do the trick?

PS: Soon you will be able to add your own custom fields to the activity (e.g. sold date), but don’t tell anyone, it’s not announced yet ;)
