I try to avoid making direct comparisons of S360 to Basecamp, because they are very different and I am much happier at S360.  One feature that Basecamp provides that would be great for S360 is when you upload a file have the option to stack it on top of the previous version of the file.  This way all the versions can be grouped together in a string.  I am always torn about whether to delete older versions since they are scattered across a contact or project blog and I don’t want people to get confused.  I know that you can give the file a note that clarifies what version, but file stacking would be fantastic.  Thanks!
