I’m trying to get all contacts into 360 from various sources. I’m trying to import tags as well, as far easier to set tags in XL pre-import than go through them afterwards in 360.

however.

when I try to import tags - rather than discreet tags I get One catogry tag named “client, archictecture, key client” etc. i.e. rather than giving me different tags, it’s creating one big tag, with the commas in, from the import field. Could you tell me what syntax I should be using in the “category tags” field so that I get discreet tags?
