Google Search for Companies

Question:

Is there any way in which to automate a search for a company name on Google by clicking the name in the company form or perhaps including some kind of button or field which would pass the query onto Google? This is somewhat of a fix for the several companies we do not have the web address for at the moment (bad data on our part, I know).

Thanks.

If you are running Solve in Google Chrome (I highly recommend it since you get max screen real estate and the cool application shortcut (hit the page button, top right and then create application shortcut)) you can simply highlight the company name, then right click and you get this. Would this work for you? (This also works for any web text, not just in Solve since it’s a Chrome feature)

Thanks - that works for me. I will show the non-chrome users in the office how to do something similar with Firefox also.
