The timeline report is under Workspace > Activities Dashboard > Show timeline for…  You can select individual blogs, reschedule entire tasklists or individual tasks.

Yes, I know, but is it possible to group all the task lists inside a project blog or even inside a tag?
Tasks are inside task lists, but task lists maybe should be inside projectblogs or entere projects.

You can select a specific blog but there is no visual indication on the screen.  Adding a container for the entire project blog and adding additional filter options is something we’re considering.
