When some client recive an email notification when changing a projectblog, there is a problem with this specific link that he recives because this link is not the one that the client recived the first time to access to the blog. Then, the client have problems to look for the first email he recived to access inside the blog. The email he recives is not usefull for him.

I think that this is an error of the sistem, isn’t it?...The link that the client should recive should be the one that allows him to go inside the blog.

Thankyou

While it’s not a bug, we agree with your point and do have plans to refine this.

The link included at the bottom of reminders and notifications is the internal permalink reference to the page.  Notifications only require an email address and do not currently distinguish the type of user.

Now when you setup a notification for a guest (published blog) the permalink address is not included in the email message.  Instead what is shown is “Refer to your original email for the direct link to the page. To maintain high security the web address has not been included here.“  Internal users will see the permalink address to the page.
