I’ve been a long time member of the forums and have worked personally with Steve at Norada to help several companies make the jump to Solve360.

I’ve recently launched a website called VM Associates (http://www.vm-associates.com) to help companies migrate their businesses into the cloud (be it Solve360, or finally killing off Outlook and going to Google Apps).
These forums are a fantastic resource and the Engineering Ops and Steve really do offer lightning fast feedback, great advice and are serious about their customer service.

I encourage everyone to get the most out of these forums and to explore Solve360 on their own. But with that said, sometimes you just want the plumber to fix the plumbing instead of making it a weekend (make that month long) DIY project.
