I’m confused by webmail ... does this mean we can do away with our Outlook and just manage our correspondence and email through S360 instead? Please let me know, this would be fantastic!
you could definitely do that. however, I recommend moving to Google Apps to get their fantastic webmail interface which hooks up perfectly with S360.
That way you get the best of both worlds and can capitalize on things like Google Sync.
The webmail feature generally works like any other email client that connects to an email server. So yes, in many cases you can replace Outlook with Solve’s own webmail. In Solve’s case the email servers supported are Rackspace and as Adrian recommended Google (you cannot use your own ISP, GoDaddy, etc). Of course the bonus with our webmail system is that it is fully integrated with the CRM system e.g. autocomplete addressing, add a contact, email dropboxes etc.
