If our email has not been integrated with S360 (we use Outlook, hosted by GoDaddy - not google), then is it possible to send email from the scheduled mail module, or would I have to copy/paste the info and send it via Outlook?
The scheduled email feature uses Norada’s internal email service so it does not require you to activate the webmail add-on. You will only need to specify your own email address in the FROM input if the add-on is not enabled.
