I’ll second the notion of NOT adding a chat/IM feature to S360: between Skype, Google Chat, Facebook Chat et al I think there are enough chat and IM apps in the world, and since I have Skype open all the time anyways because of the Solve click to call Skype feature, this is the best way to IM/chat IMO |

Pulling back the curtain for a moment… We’re driven by ideas that enhance the ways teams interact with their clients; for us everything else generally circles around that concept. Improving how you relate to clients can make a massive improvment to your business. Another way to put it, for the last few decades vendors have focused on catering to “you” (the user) al by producing many different personal productivity and communication tools, we see a huge opportunity to evolve past that and create a hub around your clients. |

It’s already great client hub with the email and rss notifications, but if you can take the client experience to a another level than just an IM/chat then that is awesome! Solve360 = always a few steps ahead of us. Love it! |
