I came across Solve360 through Google marketplace but now it’s unclear what the integration options are; unlike other marketplace products, Solve360 does not seem to appear in the Google Apps dashboard for admin or users…

Traditionally integration has been from Solve to Google e.g. Bidirectional Contact sync, Webmail interface to Google’s email service, Calendar and Docs. Generally folks that use a CRM spend much of their time in it and prefer to work from it. With the relaunch of the Google marketplace last week Google is starting to support integrations from within Google application to other products via the universal navigation, single sign-on and another interesting APIs, gadgets and filters. You will soon see Solve start supporting a few of these new protocols (starting with single sign on and universal navigation). |

This is great, we are integrating most of our stuff based on (custom) google apps. Integration with Solve would be really nice. |
