In Contacts, Companies and Project blogs I would love to have a form field called Country but that has all the countries in the world already populated, like on many web sites pull down menus. For companies with projects all over the globe this will assist in searching and filtering by country without the risk of users using different variants of country names: eg: UK vs U.K. , Holland vs Netherlands etc
