We use custom fields in contacts
one for contact type
a second for key words
for example
contact type vendor or electrical supply
key word light bulbs
light bulbs may be all we can think of
and as output selectable fields they help construct call lists.
To many contact types and key word choices for category lists
Company info has no custom fields.
We would find the same searching chioce via custom fields helpful here too.
Many times we have company only info and no specific contact
and only remember what they do (key word,) not the specific company name.
Or is there a better way th achieve the same results?
