That is the correct sequence.  If you press <f5> to reload the page and try again does it work?

I repeated this issue several times over the past few days
and
guess what .........
can not repeat it since you provided the suggestion…..

ok here is another work flow thing

searched and created a company list,
selected a company
viewed related contacts
selected a contact

want to delete this contact selected from the related list

I find i can not delete the contact from this tab,
but must do a contact search for the particular contact check the box and hit delete.

It would streamline file maintenance if we could delete from the contact/company tab as in solve 360

Just to confirm are you trying to delete the contact or remove it from the company?

We’ve been reviewing that over the last week (multiple ways to delete).  It looks like it should be back next week.

In a word, YEAH!

Solve360 makes it so easy to jump from contact to company to contact, etc - the only downside is that you sometimes land on a contact or company that needs to be deleted (and it isn’t all that easy a thing to do).

Thanks (in advance) for bringing back the delete function on individual contacts.

Yep, that’s exactly what happened.  We removed it to make the form simpler (you don’t delete often and there was already an option to do it from the list).  But since you can be popping all over the place the contact can appear in an unexpected context.

It’s in.  When you relogin you will see a new Delete option for each individual contact.
