For the last couple months we’ve been investing time “under the hood” to ensure, as we grow, Solve continues to work faster than paper :)  Today we’re circling back with some new and frequently asked for features:

How about branding your project blogs by adding your logo on them?  Better yet, why not put your client’s logo on them?

For the Webmail folks: Since our focus is managing interactions with clients, we thought it would be extremely beneficial to have a common set of email templates that the team could use to improve the speed and quality of their communications.

When using “Data > Export this List ...“ sometimes you want the related-items included and other times not.  Now the system will give you the option to include linked items or not.  For example, you can now export a simple list of companies, or export a list of companies with all the related contact information included.

Alongside the “Data > Export this List (CSV)“ option we’ve added an “Export this List (Excel)“ option.  The benefit is that the Excel format does a better job of preserving the fancy extended characters than CSV can.

Not too long ago we added the ability for clients to add custom fields to any Activity type.  Now those custom fields are reported in the “Workspace > Activity Dashboard > Show opportunities managed by…“ and “Show activity changes for…“ under the “Data > Export this list” option.

Maybe it’s a spring thing’ but recently we’ve had a barrage of requests to support the “Assign-to” field in the CSV import.  Now you can either include the full name of a user, or their ID (as shown in Workspace > My Account > API Reference > Ownership) and the system will automatically establish the correct relationship.

Thank you.  It must be Christmas, not Spring.  Custom field export in Opportunities is great.
