New feature: Email templates

For the Webmail folks: Since our focus is managing interactions with clients, we thought it would be extremely beneficial to have a common set of email templates that your team could use to improve the speed and quality of their communications.

Email templates are managed as a reusable set available to all the users in your organization.

Email templates honor the security settings under Workspace > Modify User Accounts > Templates. Here the administrator can determine who can change and who can use the email templates.

I have the link for arrange new templates but the drop down menu only gives me the choice of selecting a template and not the option for creating a template.

If your account is the administrator click Workspace > Modify User Accounts > ensure for your user record the icon in the template field is green (modify), it’s most likely currently amber (read).
