New features
Not too long ago we added support for custom fields in activities, soon after we included those fields in various reports and data exports. Today we’ve added the custom fields you’ve created for Opportunities to the opportunity grid shown in Workspace > Activities Dashboard > Show opportunities managed by…
For our Webmail power users (a free Add-on to Solve360) we’ve added an instant import feature for meeting invitations received via iCal attachments and contact details from vCards.
Some improvements
For our Webmail power users, we recently added support for email templates and clients said they loved them but also suggested the templates insert the subject if the subject field is empty e.g. when creating a new message instead of replying to an existing message. We agreed and made it so.
You can manage the email messages in the dropbox using the optional Webmail Add-on. The dropbox folder’s message list now displays who the message was FROM, along with whom it was TO.
We added an “Assigned-to” filter option for companies to match the option under contacts.
When working with an Event and choosing the “Send notice to all attendees now” a message would also be sent if the event was updated e.g. changing attendees. Now the notice will only be resent if the user reselects the send notification checkbox.
We’ve added support for a custom field of type “Phone” (not sure how we missed that the first time, but we’ve made it right now).
Don’t you think the Webmail users are getting more than their share today? … from the “things can never be too fast” department, checking for new email messages is now faster and we’ve made improvements to handle very large Google mailboxes.
Starting later this week the subscription payment receipt will look a lot fancier i.e. should meet the requirements for countries that require a commercial invoice.
Sorry, another one for Webmail crowd, we resolved a lingering issue related to forwarding a message having an image attachment to a recipient using Mac mail. Mac mail would sometimes show the image but none of the text.
