New features & refinements related to the API
We’ve added a new method for filtermode called “byemail” which will search the businessemail, personalemail, and otheremail fields for filtervalue. It’s quite helpful when using the email address as a key value.
XML responses now include attribues:
Fields include full field name
<businessemail label="Business Email">you@domain.com</businessemail>
Assigned-to field also has the CN (common name) of the person/group
<assignedto label="Assigned to" cn="Norada Support">560178</assignedto>
