New option: Merging documents
Background
Solve360 provides a free Google Apps script that merges contact, company or project blog fields through a custom Google Docs template to create a dynamic document, or sheet of labels.
What's new
We've added the option to create a set of documents. For example, you can now create a personalized invitation, contract, etc. for an entire set of contacts, companies or project blogs in one step.

New feature: Custom Google Apps report for Revenue Opportunities
Background
Reports are immensely useful to gain perspective on trends and answer ad-hoc questions. Being able to see your data in a different light from different angles can often reveal unknown truths about your business, both good and bad, enabling you to create actionable strategies based on knowledge, rather than on instinct alone.
Solve360 has useful reports (Solve360 menu > Report & Update Activities), the ability to create lists (category tags), as well as expanded data reporting (Top view), etc. These catch most of the usual suspects, but remember those days when we hoarded data into Excel where we could slice-and-dice at will? Sure, our data wasn’t quite as dynamic and organized as it is today with the help of Solve360, but we had boundless access to cool spreadsheet features like charts, pivot tables and functions. What if we could have the best of both worlds?
Not so long ago we introduced a free Google Apps script to do just that. This feature lets you pull your Solve360 data directly into a Google Spreadsheet where you can manipulate the data as you please.
What’s new
We’re offering a new Google Apps script to the growing library that brings custom reporting functionality specifically to Revenue Opportunities. This integration allows you to further filter and transpose your Revenue Opportunities using Google Docs’ pivot tables and versatile charting to create compelling and useful dashboards and management reports. It also displays your custom opportunity fields!

Jump over to the video tutorial to see custom reports in action and try out the new Revenue Opportunities Google Apps script now available there too.
New option: Additional reporting options
The reports available under Solve360 Menu > Report & Update Activities > Show next actions..., Show follow-ups…, and Show revenue opportunities are sporting new filtering options. Now clients can filter results by any combination of users & workgroups, applying a range of date options.

Related changes
New improvement: Status of deleted users
Background
When a user account is deleted, all information that is private to that user is removed and all shared records remain unchanged.
Before deleting the user account you can check for private records by: resetting the account’s password > login to their account > set the search filter to “Show private” for contacts, companies and project blogs. If there are records you want to keep, share those private records with a workgroup by clicking on the checkbox in the list header > choosing “change permissions" > choose a workgroup to move them to.
TIP: You can prevent users from saving private records in the first place, forcing them to share all data with a workgroup, by choosing the option under Solve360 menu > Modify user accounts > Prevent private data.
What’s new
When a deleted user is mentioned on shared records (in places such as assigned-to, responsible, attendees and meta data like created, last updated, completed by), their name will continue to be universally shown on those records.

The RightSignature-Solve360 integration offers an even higher level of efficiency. We're thrilled to be working with a quality partner like RightSignature and offering this extremely robust and time-saving feature to our clients.
New improvement: More delivery statuses for scheduled emails
In addition to reporting when a scheduled email was delivered and opened the system will now report the following reasons when a message was not delivered:

New improvement: Group recipients (mass-email sending)
Background on the feature

“Group recipients” supports sending personalize messages to a list of tagged contacts and is a feature available from within the Webmail Add-on. This feature fills a gap between sending a traditional email message and coordinating a mass-email campaign (which is still best handled by a specialized service such as Constant Contact or MailChimp).
This feature uses your own email service which is specified under Webmail > Settings > Sending. However, email services like Google, Rackspace, etc. may detect a misuse of their system and prevent you from sending many messages. For this reason we provide an oprtion to specify a custom outgoing mail server for delivering the group recipients messages. This override option allows you to choose a service that is purpose-designed to handle larger mail volumes, such as SendGrid, than services like Google or Rackspace are tuned for.
What’s new
The system will now try to “pace” the email service, detecting and responding to “try later”, “breaking connections”, and other similar conditions. We still recommend using a purposed designed service to send bulk email, but after these changes seeing the following using a standard Gmail account is not uncommon:

New option: Zendesk organization
In Zendesk tickets are assigned to users. Those users can be related to a Zendesk organization providing an overall view of activity at a company. In Solve360 you can now link the Solve360 Zendesk activity to a Zendesk organization and as you’d expect it will now display all the tickets for users in that company.
