How long does it take to get started? Behind Solve360’s good looks are powerful, useful features. It’s not hard to learn them all, but you won’t need to right away. “Quick-wins” are realized instantly from basic features, such as centralizing your contact database or project data. Your prices seem low Well that's because they are. A well designed hosted application is relatively inexpensive to operate. We’ve already completed the difficult and expensive work developing the application and setting up an efficient infrastructure. We don't need to spend a lot of time setting up each new customer, all the features are pre-integrated and we don't need to purchase software from third parties. Unlike Enterprise competitors we also don’t need to charge setup fees, trick you with hidden fees, or leverage long-term contracts to be profitable. Being efficient means we can afford to focus on important things like keeping your data safe and enhancing features.

Your prices seem high CRM and Project Management are normally sold as separate applications. Consider our simple price structure, which includes multiple pre-integrated applications, additional modules, multiple user accounts, enhanced data protection services and expert level technical support which you would normally pay the “IT Guy” for. Unlike some of the competitors we don't trick you into paying for multiple products or options needed to get the job done after you're signed up. When folks take a close look they report back that we are actually less expensive. When comparing apples-to-apples it’s a deal at twice the price ;)

What happens after the 30-day free trial? Starting four days before the end of the trial you will be reminded to enter your credit card information. At the end of the free-30 day trial access to features in the account will be limited to the subscription window until a credit card is registered.

How is your customer service? We usually respond and solve support requests in less than an hour.

How will I be billed? For paid plans your credit card will be billed monthly in USD. There are no contracts or hidden fees; you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at anytime.

How do I upgrade, downgrade or cancel? To change your current plan, log into your account and click Workspace > Subscription. You can then choose your desired plan level. To cancel just contact us and we'll take care of it without delay. If you are subscribed to the free plan and add a second user account or create a workgroup, you will automatically be upgraded to the basic subscription (free trial still applies).

Is my data safe? We've been hosting web based business applications for over nine years and take the security of your data very seriously. We are governed by some of the best security policies in the industry. We use the same enterprise strength SSL encryption that banks use and backup your data several times a day. You could say our backups have backups. Only a minimal number of Norada staff have the ability to access customer data. As stated in our Privacy Policy we promise we won't share your personal information with anyone ever, at all, period, nooo way.

What do I need? A web browser and Internet connection. Solve360 works best with Google Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.
