What if we need a specific number of user accounts? Add any number of accounts to any paid plan and you will be billed only $10 per additional user over what the plan already provides. What happens after the 14-day free trial? Four days before the end of the trial you will be reminded to enter your credit card information. At the end of the free-14 day trial access to features in the account will be limited to the subscription window until a credit card is registered. How will I be billed? Your credit card will be billed monthly in USD. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time and the change will be reflected at the end of your current monthly billing period. Can I pay by {fill in the blank}? As a courtesy to clients who prefer an alternative to a monthly Visa, Mastercard or Amex payment we can collect on a six or twelve month term in advance and manually extend your service subscription.
