Solve360 Mobile App

Solve360 is all about flexibility and helping you manage interactions with your clients. But how flexible would you be if you were chained to the desk all the time? How would you respond in the heat-of-battle if you couldn't access a client’s file when you need an immediate answer? Why wait until you get back to the computer to update the team on a schedule, task or opportunity? There’s an app for that!
In response to the flexibility/collaboration paradox, we provide the Solve360 mobile web-app which is designed specifically for the iPhone, Android and newer Blackberry smart-phones. This application requires nothing to install and is immediately accessible from your device:

Tips and best practices
Getting Around Unlike the full desktop version of Solve360 the priority of the mobile web-app is to be easy to use on small screens and handle tasks such as: where’s my next meeting, how can I reach that client, pull-up some information on a project, quickly update a file and your team back at the office. For example, on a contact record you can update yourself on all their history before a meeting, click to email or call a client and open a map showing where the meeting is.

Getting around should seem familiar and simple (it did get a “Staff pick” from Apple), so instead of walking through the obvious we'll move on and mention some things you might helpful.
Keeping your information secure To make it easier and faster to access your information the login screen provides the option to your save the email address and the password on your device. If you use this feature we strongly recommend you enable the auto-locking feature on your device to prevent anyone else who can touch the device from also accessing your online account.
The mobile web-app accesses information in your account in real-time and does not save the data on the device. If you lose your device take comfort that your data is not vulnerable, but as a precaution if you lose the device simply change your Solve360 password to eliminate the possibility of someone using the login information in case it was saved on the device.
Adding Solve360 to the iPhone’s home screen Adding Solve360 to your home screen makes the site feel more like a standard app by providing an icon for direct access and removing the standard browser navigation controls.
Google Apps Users If you’re accessing Solve360 directly from Google’s menu you'll need to activate a password for your account. Just ask your Solve360 administrator to reset your Solve360 password, then change it to a secure password yourself.
