Wufoo, another great way to capture leads from your website
Wufoo is a tool that makes it easy to collect information over the Internet. Wufoo does so by helping you create web forms that web users will fill out. The user’s data is immediately saved directly into your favorite web apps. No more copy-pasting folks! Pretty neat eh? Now, with this integration, you’ll be able to save that info straight into Solve360 too!

“But wait a second... can’t I already do this using the Solve360 API or Solve360 Google Form integration?”
Good point! Yes, there are already two ways of capturing data into Solve360, but because this one uses Wufoo, it may very well be the simplest yet. Here’s how to do it:
Setting this up is easy and well worth the effort. You’ll have a web form pushing data into Solve360 in a couple of minutes with no coding! So let's give it a spin ...

Hooking them up
Step 1 - Create your Wufoo form
Login into your Wufoo account (or create one).
Craft a form with all the fields of data you want to capture using Wufoo's amazing form designer.

Step 2 - Add three special fields for Solve360
1. Add three "Single-line Text fields" to the form labeling them "Solve360-Mapping", "Solve360-Ownership", and "Solve360-Tags"
2. In each of the three fields set the "Add CSS Layout Keywords" value to "hide"
3. Set the predefined values for each of the three special (and now hidden) fields
Field Solve360-Mapping
Purpose Sets which Solve360 fields will be populated by which Wufoo fields

Step 3 - Set your Wufoo form to automatically post new records to Solve360
1. Wufoo Form Manager > Notifications
2. Choose “to Another Application” > Webhook > Add integration
3. Fill in the “Your WebHook URL” with the value “https://secure.solve360.com/wufoo”
4. Fill in the “Your WebHook Handshake Key” with your Solve360 sign-in email and your personal Solve360 API Token found under Solve360 menu (top right) > My Account > API Reference.

The following screenshot shows you what the integration panels look like.

Mapping many fields
The Wufoo form designer allows only 256 characters in the Predefined Value field, so if you need more than that to map your fields just add a second field also called Solve360-Mapping and continue entering the mapping specification there.
Wufoo's "fancy pants" Address field, which consists of six fields, is also supported. Just map the field label as normal to a Solve360 address field and we'll capture it as a single Solve360 address value.
Wufoo's "fancy pants" Name field, which consists of two fields, is also supported. Just map the field label as normal to a Solve360 field called "compoundname" e.g. "Name=compoundname" and we'll save it as separate First name and Last name fields.

Wufoo checkbox fields map to Solve360 "Multi-select option" fields. Just map the Wufoo field label to the Solve360 field name as usual and make the checkbox choices exactly the same between the systems.
That's it, now let's give it a test...
