Viruses, including coronavirus, can be transmitted through the air, as it attaches to droplets or particles (bio-aerosol). Depending on their size, those bio-aerosols can stay still in the air from a few minutes to several hours and may pose an inhalation threat even at considerable distances, particularly if there is poor ventilation or varying humidity levels.
Air management systems play a critical role in assuring safety. There is a call for HVAC operators to leverage technology to support their customers with robust, cost-effective solutions. Together, let’s keep everyone safe and healthy so we can get America back to business.
